Initial Session (60 mins)

Service Description

During your virtual initial session, we will review your health history, recent outside labs, and your health concerns & goals. We will also determine if any additional labs are needed, and what your individualized wellness plan looks like.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to respect this policy may result in termination of services from Jensen Wellness.
