10-Day Series 

begins March 30th

 

Toxins go hand-in-hand with our modern lifestyle, and push the limits of our resilience in a multitude of ways. This can lead to both subtle and overt consequences that we might never associate with toxicity. 

 

Furthermore, the best defense is a consistent (and balanced) offense. From your hormones to your household, supporting detoxification is one of the most important aspects of overall health.

 

In this 10-day virtual workshop series, we’ll unpack the physiology, influencing factors, as well as powerful and manageable ways to support your body’s detoxification pathways.

 

During the 10-days, participants will have access to the Jensen Wellness client portal, where they can receive 1:1 text support from health coach, Emily Jensen, RN.

6-Week Series 

begins April 6th​

 

If you're feeling stuck or simply want to lean into learning about sustainable weight loss, this 6-week self-paced virtual workshop series is for you!

Using a science-supported and holistic approach, Emily provides insights, tools and expert guidance to clients as they embark on or continue their weight loss journey. ​

​

The workshop consists of weekly on-demand videos, science-supported strategies, downloadable recipes and other resources to help guide your weight loss journey and keep you on track with your goals.

Participants will also have access to the Jensen Wellness client portal, where they can receive 1:1 text support from health coach, Emily Jensen, RN.​

Running on the Beach

4-Week Series 

begins April 27th

​Perimenopause and menopause are pivotal and often disruptive phases in a woman's life. In this 4-week virtual workshop series, Emily helps women understand the changes their bodies undergo during perimenopause and menopause, along with helpful tips to not only ease the transition naturally, but emerge stronger!

Menopause

4-Week Series 

begins April 27th​

 

Men are often told to focus on their muscles and sex life in order to be “healthy”. While certainly important, these barely scratch the surface of men’s health.

In this 4-week virtual workshop series, Emily helps men navigate the physical and mental challenges that come with aging, along with helpful tips to increase energy, focus, emotional well-being... and yes, fitness & libido too!​
