Want More Nutrients? Eat the Rainbow.

When you choose colorful real, whole foods you're giving your body nutrient density and diversity.

The concept of color is my golden rule of grocery shopping. Specifically, nutrients in food come in the form of color, so when you focus on making your meals as colorful as possible, you're ensuring that you get plenty of nutrient density and diversity.

Of course, we're talking about naturally colorful real, whole foods. Artificially colored foods do not come with the same health benefits, and may even contribute to health problems.
