Oven-Baked Mini Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb ground lamb or your choice of meat

1 Tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 cup finely chopped yellow or red onion

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon parsley

1–2 Tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, mix together ingredients for the meatballs until fully combined

Form into mini meatballs (I did about 2 tablespoons per meatball) and add to baking sheet.

Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until fully cooked (flipping halfway through)
