Oven-Baked Mini Lamb Meatballs

This healthy, oven-baked mini lamb meatball recipe is the ultimate homemade, no-fuss protein to boost your salad, bowl, breakfast, wrap or appetizer platter.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground lamb or your choice of meat

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow or red onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley

  • 1–2 Tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

  • Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together ingredients for the meatballs until fully combined

  3. Form into mini meatballs (I did about 2 tablespoons per meatball) and add to baking sheet. 

  4. Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until fully cooked (flipping halfway through)

  5. Serve meatballs with your choice of salad, wrap, bowl, breakfast dish or appetizer!
