Pro-Tips
-
This recipe can probably work with other types of nuts, but I haven't tried it. If you do, let me know how it goes!
-
Hazelnut butter is great with sliced apples, celery or other crunchy fruits and veggies.

Ingredients
-
1 1/2 cups blanched hazelnuts
-
1 3/4 cups radishes, washed and dried
-
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 360° F. Lay the hazelnuts in a single layer on a medium baking tray and roast for 8 minutes, turning the baking tray around halfway through.
2. When the nuts are golden brown, they are ready. Allow to cool slightly.
3. Transfer to a food processor and blend for up to 5 minutes, scraping the sides down 3-4 times. The hazelnuts will initially look like grainy sand, but gradually they will become nut butter.
4. Season with salt and serve with radishes. The nut butter can be kept for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy!
