All too often we're given vague or unhelpful advice about how to eat. Terms like "intuitive" or "mindful" eating don't inform us about how certain foods or lifestyle habits affect our body, where cravings actually come from, or the importance of eating for balanced blood sugar.

In order to empower our lives and make lasting changes, we need to focus on eating with intention. Eating in a way that promotes healthy habits, applies knowledge & science, and that is sustainable no matter what our mood or circumstance may be.
